Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the President on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to the business, staff recruitment and training, etc.
• Provide mentorship and oversee the professional development of the team. Assist with new hire training as required. Coach individuals to perform to the maximum of their ability and to co-ordinate the progressive skill development and cross training of employees
• Ensure all administration and management related functions are conducted in a timely and professional manner that is consistent with our company standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Conduct general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned by the President in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee Health & Safety Compliances
• Manage 12 company drivers and trucks and additional 20 crew assistants
• Manage our storage operations

Bilingual Move Coordinator. (Mississauga, ON)

Working by phone, you will gather all details of the move from the client, arrange for an estimate, prepare a quotation and close the sale. You will also follow up throughout the move to handle account and customer concerns. This is a full-time, salaried position.
You have excellent communication and telephone skills and at least 5 years experience in customer service or inside sales. You are bilingual (French)
